Celebrating 25 years of building t:rust

Its 25 years since team was founded. I remember it was a very hot day when I got to know that the company had been registered.

It is often talked that companies must have a clear vision, to be authentic the only vision and wish list i had was that team should be a platform where people can enjoy their work,set goals and accomplish things and as a result feel good about themselves, of course they must earn profits while doing all this.

When I look back its been an adventure. many team members (and ex team members) have contributed and this vision has happened and is happening.

I have often felt funny with the word employees since it meant that i have to be an employer. I have felt like a caretaker and a steward of the platform. By and large we have been able to ensure basic human values are respected, love and respect for all. We are all members of team.

I have lived my life so far with a core belief in playing a game where every one wins. its not easy to play this. Team has also been a platform for me where i have been able to express myself, learn and grow. I remember i used to be quite an angry young man and i loose my cool rarely now.

Mr. Ranjan Chopra i want to congrats you for your success. you did lot of hard work and i am inspired from your story. I am running a small computer business. lot of time while doing a big deal with any company your company defeat me but i will never quit my job to do competition with you because i know one day i will succeed.

In fact you will be interested to know that while I did my Executive MBA I read your company's case study, written by Prof. Jaydeep Mukherjee who taught us Strategic Mktng Mgmt. Its also remarkable that you are one of the rare Indian entrepreneurs who have such a a keen interest in music as well particularly Jazz and Rock. I myself am a Jazz aficionado. I am into 4th year of my small (tiny) business and almost have the same kind a approach towards it as yours.
