The 100 Crore Dream
We’ve had a great year so far, and we hope to close the financial year at a topline of 40 crores with a growth rate of 30%. Some of the highlights have been winning The Partner of the Year for Qlik, becoming a Tableau Silver Partner with a 80% YoY growth and starting our Government and NBFC practices. Our enterprise business has done exceptionally well with an achievement on 125% against its target and an average deal size of 98L. I congratulate Sanjay on this as well as winning the Qlik Sales Person of the Year.
I often look back at our journey from when we started in 2005 and got Apollo Tyres as our first customer, and know for certain, that this practice would not have flourished if it wasn’t for the combined efforts of all of you – constantly delivering beyond expectations, striving to learn and grow with each passing day and translating your learnings into certifications, adding to our delivery strength. Cheers!
For the Financial Year of 2018-19, the dream is even bigger: To become a hundred crore business. Some of you may wonder, if doubling our revenue in one year is possible? Well, I do not doubt it even for a second. For most of you who have had a chance to interact with me know that I am a firm believer in the power of action plans executed to the notch.
We’ve spent the past few month brainstorming and creating an action plan to reach the 100 crore mark. This involves the setting up of a Centre of Excellence, expanding aggressively to Pune and the South, partnering with new technologies in the Big Data space, focusing on delivering a great customer experience, and building an even stronger delivery team.
One of my favourite initiatives this year has been that of the Next Generation Leadership. It has given me the chance to interact and spend time one on one with many of you and your vision, commitment and aspirations only give me further belief that we can achieve 100 crores this year.
I invite all of you to be a part of this journey and to contribute with your observations and ideas. For Team Computers, more than processes, our people have been our strength. And I know for a fact that when all of us come together, we can achieve what we set our eyes on.
Come on guys, let’s rock it!
