I/we, do hereby expressly and irrevocably authorise HCIN and its authorised representatives to carry all or any of the acts and functions mentioned herein below on the Device (Samsung Galaxy Tab Iris-SM-T116IR) purchased by me/us:

1. Create/block profiles on the Device mentioned above through KNOX portal & push through KNOX preinstalled HCI profile - Retina Application- Set of control settings and map subsequent actions (including wiping of the device / restricting all the application and putting in KIOS mode = Blocked for all other purpose).
2. Install HCIN app and other app’s on the device as and when HCIN consider necessary in its sole discretion without any notice to me;
3. Collection, storage, preservation and analysis of data stored on the device by, HCIN as and when HCIN consider necessary in its sole discretion without any notice to me;

Further, I/we do hereby agree that I/we shall not raise any legal dispute for the above actions taken by HCIN and/or its authorised representative/s.
