2. Process & System Management
Ensure all business processes are in place and streamlined to support efficient and effective business operations
Establish Technology enabled processes to meet the heightened customer expectation and fast changing business
Enhance process automation in collaboration with relevant functions
3. The role is directly accountable for reaching the annual revenue and gross profit targets set for the unit
Responsible for the overall P&L of the SBU. Creates guidelines for GM for the multiple offerings
Responsible for maintaining and building upon existing annual revenue across all regions
Ensure timely and successful delivery of offered solutions effectively meeting customer needs and objectives
Develop trusted advisor relationship with existing key accounts and customer stakeholders
Development and implementation of service schemes in direct market service
Develop marketing strategy for contract and accessories with Marketing expert
Pricing strategy for acquisition of new accounts and retention and growth of existing accounts
Engage with OEM ecosystem and key stakeholders
Engage with now OEMs/ partners for spare/ stocking, GTM engagements and skill support
Continuous reduction in cost of delivery
