The incumbent will report to the National Pre Sales Head & will be responsible to articulate the Service
Business Unit's technology and service portfolio to potential customers, help in creating the service
solution and positioning the same to costumers
Who will be responsible for making Case Presentations / Demonstrations and have a
consultative selling approach of all IT Infrastructure Services i.e. Managed Services, Data center
Services, NOC Services etc.
â— Understand and analyze competitive scenario and help in evolving a value proposition
â— He will work closely with the senior management, Sales team & stakeholders in driving business
case presentations and solutions demos / workshops
â— He will be responsible for very detailed Proposal Management (responding to RFX, RFI, RFP etc.)
for Infrastructure Services.
â— He will work with Sales team to gather service requirements from customers and would interact
with customers to reach to a conclusive best fit solution in terms of manpower, ITSM Tools or
â— He will be responsible for timely submission of all west region Infrastructure Service Proposals
and will be responsible for right sizing & costing for the solutions along with delivery team
â— He will work closely with regional sales team to form account strategy for any sales opportunity
â— He will be responsible for t:eam service product positioning, evaluating customer requirements
and offering custom configured demonstrations for better value proposition.
â— He will be required to build Business case & proof of concepts in coordination with customer
contacts and internal stakeholders.
â— Should be a techno-commercial, customer facing person who has the ability to size and
structure a right solution
â— Should be aware of where the market is headed and what the CIO is thinking w.r.t. cost
optimization, tools and technology, creating a great customer experience for his end users.
â— Ability to stitch together a solution best catering to the customer requirement. Knowledge of
ITSM tools and current trends in automation are mandatory.
â— Ability to engage at the CXO level and talk new initiatives, technology and the upcoming trends.
