1. Atleast 3-4 years with BE/BTech and hands on experience in managing and monitoring of Windows & Linux based Servers and their availability to end users and SAN Management , SAN Storage Monitoring, HardZoning, Softzoning. 2. Working knowledge in SAN Troubleshooting and ensuring High Uptime.Develop filesystem backup / restore strategies 3. Hand-on Experience in Volume Creation, Volume Mapping with Servers along with Host & Initiator Creation, Troubleshooting Volume Mapping Problems 4. Analysis & Log Review involving Replication & Snapshot Management 5. Analyze the existing hardware and software infrastructure and provide suggestion to improve the productivity and overall performance. 6. Hands On Experience on HP, IBM, Dell EMC, Brocade SAN Switch 7. Hands On Experience on Vaultize and Veritas Backup, HP & IBM tape library, SAS based and LTO5 7. Closure of all incidents & Calls within TAT and Report the violations to OM / PM 8. Ensure proper configuration of the Operating System according to the standards during installation 9. Monitor the logs on a periodic basis during the day for error detection and timely resolution 10. Disk Management and daily system health check through constant monitoring of: • CPU Performance • Disk I/O performance • Memory usage 10. Bottlenecks on the network interfaces and Managing and monitoring the volumes 11. File system thresholds and User Account creation and management 12. Tracking the patch releases and patching the vulnerabilities and service pack releases. 13. Generate MIS reports on actual performance as per procedure. 14. Register and close all customer complaints within Single Business Day 15. Participate in quality reviews with customers as required. 16. Analyze MIS reports on actual performance and work out/implement corrective actions. 17. Candidate should be familiar with ITIL practices 18. Operational Working Enviroment will be 24* 7.
