The task at hand was the project management, delivery, and adoption programs for the users across 25 customer's office locations. Customer's IT and User teams were quite enthusiastic about migrating to Mac. Base Services, Hardware, Essential Software, Device Management and Support services were rendered by Team Computers all throughout the first phase.
Team Computers worked together with the IT team of the customer in identifying which Apple device would be most suited for their requirements. Based on the role and need of the users. a solution mix of Mac devices was proposed to the customer with TCO calculation.
