  1. Defining project scope, roles & responsibilities.
  2. Defining resource requirements and managing resource
  3. Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams & activities.
  4. Verifying the material is installed as per BOQ .
  5. Attended on site meetings and doing site survey
  6. Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to project team.
