Vendor Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.

2. Order Management: Coordinate and track orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

3. Communication: Serve as a liaison between vendors, internal stakeholders, and customers, providing updates and resolving queries.

4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of vendor information, orders, and deliveries.

5. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and implement process improvements.
