Roles & responsibilities

·      Actively prospect and acquire new clients through cold calls, and networking events.

·      Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting IT Staffing Services.

·      Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs to tailor IT Staffing Services accordingly.

·      Work on tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Hubspot to generate the leads for Staffing business.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
