Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Exp Required: 2+ Yrs
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in hiring for corporate and support roles including Marketing, Admin, Finance, HR, and Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via portals, social media, and referrals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain talent pipelines and track hiring metrics
- Conduct preliminary interviews and support offer negotiation
Requirements:
- 2+ years of TA experience
- Familiarity with job portals and ATS
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
