Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Exp Required: 2+ Yrs

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in hiring for corporate and support roles including Marketing, Admin, Finance, HR, and Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via portals, social media, and referrals
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
  • Maintain talent pipelines and track hiring metrics
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and support offer negotiation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of TA experience
  • Familiarity with job portals and ATS
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
